These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit www.rifty.ai, read the site, or contact Rifty through information published on the site.

They do not replace a signed services agreement, pilot agreement, data processing agreement, statement of work, or any other written agreement between you and Rifty.

Rifty is offered through introductions and selected access. Submitting interest, contacting us, or reading the site does not guarantee access to the product, a pilot, pricing, support, or any particular feature.

We may decline, pause, or end an access conversation when the fit, risk, capacity, or timing is not right.

You may use the public site for normal business evaluation. You may not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security, scrape it at unreasonable volume, misrepresent your identity, or use the site to send unlawful, harmful, or misleading material.

The site, including its writing, design, graphics, code, structure, brand assets, and visual system, belongs to Rifty or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or present it as your own.

If you send feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you allow Rifty to use them without restriction or obligation, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Any production use of Rifty will be governed by a separate written agreement. That agreement will control over these website terms if there is a conflict.

The site may describe product direction, operating principles, or examples of how the harness works. Those descriptions are informational and may change as Rifty develops.

Do not rely on the public site as a promise that a specific feature, integration, compliance status, metric, or launch timeline will be available.

The public site is provided as is and as available. Rifty does not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always current.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Rifty will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the public site.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow that limitation.

We may update these terms as the site, product, or access model changes. The updated date at the top of this page shows when the terms last changed.
